Chennai factory, dealers across the south
Everything is manufactured in our own Karasangal unit and despatched from there. Our own fitting team covers Chennai and the surrounding districts; everywhere else on this map we supply through dealers, by transport.
If your town is not marked, it does not mean we cannot reach it — tell us where you are and we will tell you honestly what the freight and the lead time look like.

Frequently asked
How long does manufacturing take?
Most dealer orders are ready in three to five working days from the day the sizes are confirmed. Large or unusual orders we will tell you the date up front rather than making you chase it.
Can dealers install themselves?
Yes — that is the whole model. You measure and you fit, which is why the margin stays with you. If a system is new to you we will walk your fitter through the first installation.
Do I need to hold stock?
No. Nothing is made until you send confirmed sizes, so there is no stock, no godown and no money tied up in inventory.
What area can I sell in?
Anywhere you can reach a customer. We supply dealers across Chennai and the surrounding districts, and we despatch to other Tamil Nadu towns by transport.
What warranty is available?
The same warranty we give retail customers covers material and fabrication on every unit we make for you. Fittings — handles, rollers, magnets — are individually replaceable if anything is damaged in fitting.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum to get started. The discount slab improves with monthly volume, so tell us what you realistically expect and we will place you on the right slab.
