From a small workshop to 1,00,000+ screens
Sri Sai Mosquito Solutions started small — a family workshop building mosquito screens by hand, one window at a time. It is now a five-person skilled team with a capacity of over 500 units a month and more than one lakh frames delivered.
We started because of what was already on the market. Most of the screens people were being sold were badly made: frames that racked out of square within a year, mesh that sagged and bagged, plastic fittings that snapped, and gaps at the closing edge that let mosquitoes straight through anyway.
So we built the business around getting those details right, and we have never made anything else. Every system on this site uses powder-coated or anodised aluminium profiles, proper branded hardware, and SS 304 stainless mesh throughout — never the loose mesh sold by weight. Every unit is cut, punched, welded, coated and assembled in our own workshop, which is why we can promise a delivery date and actually hold it.
We are ISO 9001:2015 certified, and the same team that fabricates your screens is the team that installs them. If something ever needs adjusting, you call us — not a subcontractor who has moved on.
